We also introduced one 100m/min color coated production line ,which can produce PCM , PPM and VCM ,equipped with complete and key equipment , featured by three-coating and three-drying process , the production line is designed with multifunctional compound production system integrating color coating , printing , hot lamination , cold lamination , knurling and glowing.   Brand-new  air exchange thermocuring is adopted and hot air temperature of all sections of curing furnace is under closed-loop control .

Finished product is 0.2mm-1.2mm in thickness and 600mm-1250mm in width , designed annual output 200,000t
